We Have A Diagnosis
Waverly has mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS), specifically it is known as MPS III or Sanfilippo Syndrome. Even though we have been waiting anxiously for a diagnosis, nothing could have prepared us for this devastating news. I am not emotionally or physically capable of writing more at the moment. this is michele's brother. my wife, Jenni, and i are praying for you. just wanted to let you know that God has an emergency hotline number for times like yours. a mom of a child with down syndrome once told me about the number. it really encouraged her when she received the diagnosis. thought it might encourage you too. the number is not 911, it's 411
